Niki as a solution is a Chatbot with a multitude of service integrations and payment customizations, offering a Monolithic Transactional Experience with discovery, payment and checkout happening in the same interface. Niki is the only chatbot that is being completely powered by AI. The other similar solution providers in the market have a manual intervention for assistance in their products.We started Niki with a vision to make product discovery simpler.
Niki’s Advanced NLP Engine capabilities enables the bot in understanding free text spelling mistakes, ungrammatical and unstructured sentences and Hinglish references with superior context handling capabilities allowing the user to switch between entities seamlessly.
Being Platform Independent, Niki is extendable across platforms such as Mobile – iOS/Android, Web, Social Media Channels - Whatsapp, Hike, WeChat, Line, Skype, Instagram, Telegram, etc. and Out of Box Deployment (Smart Assistants - Alexa, Google Home), Phone and IVR and SMS.
With the vision of making AI accessible to everyone, Niki.ai has launched its reseller program through which companies can enable AI based chat interactions on their native platforms. As a part of this program, we have implemented our chatbot solutions via Software Development Kits (SDKs) to HDFC Bank’s – BankOnChat, Federal Bank’s FedMobile, ICICI Bank, Vijaya Bank’s VPayQwik Wallet, Equitas Bank’s Purz Wallet, Oxigen Wallet, EarlySalary, iReff, Ticketgoose, Intex Mobiles, Zen Mobiles, Coho and many more companies.
Also, another interesting ongoing project is enabling vernacular languages on Niki. Stats say that there are close to 220 Mn Indians who access the internet in their local languages. So we realised going vernacular would be the way ahead. We are in the process of making Niki available in Hindi in the next 3 months which will be followed by Tamil, Marathi, Bengali and Telugu.
The Insurance market is currently fragmented and a large chunk of it is run by word of mouth publicity. Most of a customer’s personal finance needs, be it investment, insurance, or loans comes from peer referrals and through acquaintances which means that discovery becomes a huge issue as customers are not making investments based on an informed decision which is a pain point that we are trying to address through Niki.
Niki aims to be a Smart Finance Assistant in this space and wants to solve discovery related issues in this category.
