The Digital Insurer Startup InsurTech Award
Insureio is a digital life insurance agency in a box, built by agents for agents to make complicated processes simple, let agents focus on selling, and bring the world of insurance sales into the 21st century. The Insureio platform includes a CRM for client data, comprehensive underwriting resources, an eMarketing website, quoting and lead capture tools, marketing automation, pre-built marketing content, and the ability to use a uniform 1-page application to submit business to 40+ carriers – creating the industry’s only closed-loop sales and marketing experience.
Insureio standardizes, systematizes, and automates the life insurance process, resulting in more sales and less paperwork. This all-in-one cloud-based platform provides everything an agent, agency, or direct marketing firm needs, from a life-insurance-specific CRM to a pre-written eMarketing website, quoting and health screening tools, drop-ticket application submission options, integrated third-party lead vendors, pre-built status, marketing, and recruiting emails, marketing automation, lead distribution, agency management tools, and reporting.
There has never been a single platform that encompasses every aspect of life insurance sales, from lead generation and client nurturing to application fulfillment, cross-sell marketing, document storage, reporting, and agency management. There are other CRMs available, including several built for the insurance industry, but not one of them provides the closed-loop experience that brings together client data, comprehensive underwriting resources, marketing automation, pre-built marketing content, and 40+ carriers in an easy 1-page application the way Insureio does.
Insureio improves the buying experience through its automated status rules, which enable faster, clearer communication between buyer and agent. These status rules automate the entire process of the buyer’s journey, helping agents shape that experience with the right mix of education, marketing, and helpful service updates. That communication all happens in real-time, using a combination of email and text messages, supplemented with scheduled events like phone calls and in-person meetings prompted by automated reminders on an agent’s dashboard, email inbox, and mobile device via text messaging.
Insureio modernizes the way life insurance agents, recruiters, agencies, and direct marketers do business. It makes complicated processes simple, lets agents focus on selling, and brings the world of insurance sales into the 21st century.
TRANSFORMING THE BUYING EXPERIENCE
Insureio improves the buying experience through its automated status rules, which enable faster, clearer communication between buyer and agent. These status rules automate the entire process of the buyer’s journey, helping agents shape that experience with the right mix of education, marketing, and helpful service updates. That communication all happens in real-time, using a combination of email and text messages, supplemented with phone calls prompted by automated reminders on an agent’s dashboard.
The buying process begins when a consumer asks for information—and Insureio offers three ways for agents to offer information and quotes to consumers. First, Insureio’s customizable life quoting and lead capture widgets turn any website or landing page into a lead-gen tool, with no coding experience required. Second, Insureio offers a user-specific, e-mailable link that a prospect can click to step themselves through the quoting process. The resulting client data is transferred into the system, where agents can follow-up, market to, and report on that lead. Third, Insureio offers a personalized eMarketing website, InsuranceDivision.com, with content, images, and quoters branded to a specific profile created by the user. Agents can share their InsuranceDivision pages on social media, via email, on business cards, or anywhere else they interact with clients and prospects. The educational, carrier-agnostic content informs, while the contact info and quoters provide a clear course of action for prospects.
Insureio’s automated status rules enter the picture when a prospect gets a quote. That prospect is now a lead, and every new lead that enters the system is assigned a pre-selected status. That status triggers certain tasks, ranging from agent notifications via text or email to client notifications via text or email to to-do list items on the agent’s dashboard. The process is instant, automatic, and customizable.
Agents can use the pre-built global statuses and accompanying emails, or build their own. Tasks can be added or staggered using time delays. The pre-built statuses and emails were shaped by the proven methods used by the system’s various partners, like Pinney Insurance, providing decades of online direct marketing experience and expertise to build a turnkey and repeatable process for agents and agencies alike. These automated status rules improve the consumer’s buying experience by providing an instant response from their agent. Today’s buyers expect service on their schedule, not a traditional office schedule. As soon as a customer reaches out, they’ll get an email and/or a text message confirming their request for life insurance and underscoring the importance of their decision, whether they made that request at 12 pm or 12 am. When used with InsuranceDivision, Insureio subscribers can also drop prospects into educational drip marketing campaigns, letting them absorb the information on their time, at their own pace, essentially turning marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
Once that buyer starts the application process, the system’s status rules dispatch automated emails and text messages to keep the buyer updated. Client correspondence, supporting documentation, and notes are all stored within the client record, making it easy for agents to respond to queries and provide updates. From medical exam tips to multiple contact attempts for application recovery, the system’s status rules create a seamless connection between the buyer, the agent, and the app fulfillment and case management team (carrier, third-party/BGA, or intraoffice).
