Awards go to companies or people who change things for the better, do things fundamentally different, solved a fundamental problem in a sustainable way or bring a whole new understanding of a topic that empowers the wider market to revitalize and reinvent itself. In this regard we feel we have a good chance to win the award against amazing and tough competition because that is exactly what we are doing. We have taken a problem that insurers are really struggling with, i.e. customer loyalty and customer value, and developed a solution that helps address this and benefits all parties. We have solved the problem on an intellectual level, technology level and business level which is really driving the interest in Imburse, even well beyond insurance. We recognized what it takes to enhance customer value and built 3 base capabilities to deliver this in a way that simplifies IT, includes benefits for legacy systems, reduces costs, enhances coverage, enhanced local inclusion, enhances variety and enables better products and value propositions to be delivered. We also built in in a super scalable way in terms of technology as well as deployment, being fully cognizant of what future deployment and development dynamics will be, i.e. companies want to be empowered to deliver simply, not be caught in consulting and maintenance agreements. We are pushing the envelope for customer experience in all industries, especially insurance. We are solving the customer value problem at a transaction level, not a CRM software level. We have created solution for Win/Win/Win for Company/Community/Customer. This is why would feel we have a good case for the award and would be very humbled to win it.
